How information submitted through this website is handled.
This policy explains how Ortiqo handles personal information when you visit this website, submit an enquiry, or communicate with us about our services.
1. Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company, service interest, and message you provide. When the form is submitted, the server also processes limited request information, including an IP address, to apply abuse and rate-limit controls.
Ortiqo does not store a theme preference. The website uses a single light appearance.
2. How we use information
- To review and respond to enquiries
- To discuss, plan, and deliver requested services
- To protect the contact form and website from abuse
- To comply with legal obligations and protect legal rights
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We use it to process your requests, communicate with you, and provide the services you ask us to provide.
3. Service providers
Contact form messages are sent using Resend, an email delivery provider. The information in your submission is transmitted to Resend for the purpose of delivering the enquiry to Ortiqo. You can review the Resend privacy policy.
Website hosting and infrastructure providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
4. Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a prospective or active engagement, keep necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the communication and engagement.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. You may also be entitled to complain to an appropriate data protection authority.
You may request to view, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a privacy request, email legal@ortiqo.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we may retain information where required by law or where it is necessary to resolve a dispute or maintain required business records.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for such transfers.
